HOw Much Is a piercing?

Piercing Service Pricing

For One Person:
Our service charge is £20, which covers up to 3 piercings during your appointment.
Jewellery is not included — prices for jewellery start at £15 per piece.
Please note: We do not accept jewellery brought from outside for safety reasons.
For Two People (Bring a Friend or Loved One):
Our service charge is £35 for two people, which covers up to 3 piercings each during the same appointment.
Jewellery is not included — prices for jewellery start at £15 per piece.

What age can you pierce?

We do not provide piercing services to anyone under the age of 14.

Anyone under 18 must have a consenting parent or legal guardian present.

Age 14-17 we pierce lobes, nostril and navel only with parental/legal guardian consent.

Age 18+ all other piercings.

We only accept government issued ID, and we don’t accept photocopies (just the original). e.g Passports, Driving licence.

Both the minor and the accompanying adult are required to present valid photo identification to verify their relationship. If their last names differ, an additional document, such as a birth certificate, will be needed.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY ID WITH ME?

We challenge 25, so we recommend you bring your ID with you! We don’t accept photocopies or photos!

If you are 16-18 years old, you must bring a valid ID (passport, UK PASS card, or driving license) for piercing. This is a legal requirement and necessary for insurance purposes.

For those aged 14+ we can pierce your ears with parental or legal guardian consent. The adult must bring ID for themselves and the minor and complete the consent form.

If the last names differ, a birth or adoption certificate matching the guardian’s name and a valid photo ID are required. No exceptions!

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS TO BE AWARE OF BEFORE VISITING?

We cannot pierce you if:

You've taken blood-thinning medication, alcohol, or recreational drugs within 24 hours.
You're pregnant or breastfeeding.
You haven't eaten 4 hours before your appointment.
You've used numbing cream within 24 hours.

To avoid feeling ill, please ensure you’ve eaten. If you have health conditions like epilepsy, a doctor’s note is required.

HOW MANY PIERCINGS CAN I GET IN ONE APPOINTMENT?

You can get up to three piercings in one appointment, combining lobe and cartilage piercings, but only up to two cartilage piercings per ear per session. Placement can affect this, so we can't always guarantee three piercings in one sitting.

Can I bring my own jewellery to be pierced with?

We kindly ask that all piercings be done with jewellery provided by our studio. This policy ensures that we use known materials, promoting optimal healing for your piercing. .

WHAT JEWELLERY IS USED TO PIERCE?

At Kawaii Tattoo Studio we use implant-grade titanium jewellery.

Are there any other restrictions?

We cannot piercer you if any of the following apply:

• You're pregnant or breastfeeding

• You have taken any blood thinning medication within 24 hours before your appointment (e.g. Aspirin)
• You have taken any recreational drugs or alcohol within 24 hours before your appointment.

If you have any health conditions we would advise that you speak to your doctor before booking in to make sure you are safe to get a tattoo.

CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Of course! One guest can accompany you to your appointment.

Your piercer will provide specific aftercare instructions after your appointment. You can find our general aftercare guidelines here.

What Piercings do you not offer?

We do not offer any genital, tongue, anti tragus, snug and cheek piercings.
